More than likely your water valve or valves are turned off or not allowing enough water to flow to your machine. Both hose inlets require water pressure for the machine to work. Other possibilities are kinked hoses, dirty screens on washer water inlet connectors or blockages in your hoses. I would start by verifying your valves are full on. They should have arrows for indication. If valves are good, turn off water to hoses. Remove hoses, both hoses from the washer and verify they are able to pass water readily. A 2 to 3 gal. bucket should work for catching the water. If your hoses are over 5 years old, replace them. That is a cheap insurance policey. If you are getting water through both hoses, unplug your machine for 35 minutes. This will give the motor controller, possibly a frequencey drive, time to reset. With hoses reconnected securely, water turned on with a dry power cord and receptacle, plug in your machine for a test. If the problem still exists, call you qualified service technician.
