Commercial Coin Operated Fron Load Washer D7 Error.

When we try to run this washer we can put in the coins and the cycle will start. It says 38 minutes on the pannel. It runs a few minutes and still says 38 minutes and the cycle stops and asks you to reset cycle again. It will keep doing that as long as you want to stand there. If you open the door it has filled with water and it does go through a wash cycle as stated. If in diagnostic mode I can get it to empty the water out manually.
