What Does Dl And F Error Codes Mean?

Washer will click on but no water runs into it.  Error codes were DL and F flashing.  Same result on all cycles and I have held the control lock button as well, turning the light on and off.  Door will not open.  Any ideas what the problem is?  I live in Alaska and am not close to repair people, would like to be able to fix myself.  Thank you, Heidi

washing machine receives "DL" error thus not starting. The machine lock (top loader) Bravo series will not engage. Tried unplugging, and also ensuring that there was no obstruction preventing lid closure. Thanks in advance for any assistance or ideas.
