How To Remove The Top Drawer In The Freezer Compartment On Model Mfi256yemo?

I have problems with the freezer freezing up on the bottom and leaking water on the floor and it has ruined my hard wood floor. This seems to be a common problem with this model, as I have seen this complaint on many other sites. The solution seems to be to defrost and blow out the drain or replace it with a larger drain. I am trying to reach the drain to blow it out but I am having trouble removing the white plastic slides of the top drawer to give me access to the drain. I have already removed the freezer door, bottom drawer and back access panel.
