Mf12569yemo Refrig - Bottom Freezer Collects Water

New Unit (had 1.5 yrs) w/btm freezer collecting water on auto def cycle & then freezes. When ice is level with recessed area, water runs out front of freezer unit. Why collecting? How to stop it! No manual with unit, so can't figure how to get drawer out to look/check further.
