Washer Has A Np Code And Has To Be Put On Spin

hello my washer keep showing a np code & has to be put on a spin cycle in order to finish washing. Does this unit have a pump/filter that needs to be cleaned or is there another problem that has to be takin care ofThanks Craig

Dod you mean ND? If so you'll need to unplug the machine, take the back access panel off, and remove the rubber hoses to the drain pump. The drain pump will twist off the washer bottom base. Check for something clogging the drain pump.
