Double Standard
Why can I stay at some Marriott hotels and enjoy the benifits of Platinum Elite like Concierge lounge etc if the account is under my wifes name from inception and she does not travel.
I just checked into a JW in Shanghai and cannot get privileges. I have checked out because of this.
Please can someone help me get my name on the account as i am the traveler and not my wife.
