How can i get my majic jack to work on the phone only works on the computer keyboard!

It's possible that the phone itself has a 'bug' or bad connection. I have a 'splitter' hooked up to my magic jack and then I have two phones running from it to various places. One of the phones won't ring when calls come in - and the other does. When I plugged it in elsewhere I found it still didn't ring - so it wasn't the magic jack.

I've also had the problem with the phone not dialing - but when I removed the device (using the remove device icon in the toolbar at the bottom of my screen), then unplugged it from the machine, then shut down the computer, then plug it back in (the magic jack), then restart the computer and completely wait for it to come up before trying to do anything - takes a bit of time - wait about 3-4 minutes for it to be completely done etc. - then try again. If that doesn't help and you KNOW its not the phone - (check it at a neighbors or on a landline), then go the the magic jack website, and click on the live chat link (bottom of page).
