I Wish To Renew For 1 Year But Cannot Get Into My Account,

i have clicked on renewal but won't let me put in email address. I can't get into my account, haveforgotten my userer name, i know my password.

Go to my.magicjack.com, click the My Subscriptions tab, and then under RENEWAL click Details. Then click One Year License or Five year License, and follow the instructions.
