Does your magicJack softphone read "Ready to Call"?

If YES:

  1. On your magicJack softphone:
  2. Click "Menu"
  3. Select "Volume/Headset Control"
  4. Choose and "Check Off" Your Device:

"Telephone" OR "Headset/Other"

If that does not work:

  1. Unplug your telephone from your magicJack BUT leave your magicJack connected to the computer.
  2. Place a test call using the magicJack softphone.
  3. If the call goes through, please try using a different phone with your magicJack.

If your magicJack softphone does not read "Ready to Call" please contact our online live chat.
