Cannot Receive Fax On Magic Jack Plue

I cannot receive faxes. I can send, but not receive so it does NOT appear to be a question of simply connecting cable to fax machine as it is already connected and sending ... just not receiving.

The answer I previously gave you was taken from magicJack's documentation. It's not clear that you have followed those instructions.

Sorry to say, magicJack does not offer more than the most feeble customer support. You can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925.
