I Can Not Recall The Email Address Used To Install My Device. How Can I Make My

My majicjack didnt istall properply, and now I can not get my majicjack to allow me access to correct the problem. I do not know the emial used to install it. We have triced different combinations. We have even received the password for he account, but the email is still not recognized by my Majicjack device.

Got to menu drop down to advance click on magic jack run fix click on that. You could talk to a live agent to resolve this issue.
