Mj Phone Installed Five Months Back Is Not Working For Last Five Da

I have been using MJ phone for last five months.Suddenly for last five days it is not working and recorded message "Sorry there is system error, try again later". When the system is corrected and when can I have phone in working condition?Neither I can contact nor speak, communicate to anybody.Its ridiculous to have MJ phone without working continuously last five days.

If magicJack told you it's a system error, then, as you know, the fault is not on your end.
