Sorry for your problems. magicJack’s customer support is for the most part magically lacking. You can try to use magicJack's customer service phone number of 561-594-9925, but that's supposed to be for billing questions only. You may write magicJack at [email protected], or c/o Ymax Communications, POB 6785, West Palm Beach, FL 33405.
You can dispute any payment with your bank or complain to the Florida Attorney General at 850-414-3990. If it’s within 30 days, you can return the product using the instructions at http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html.
