My Magicjack Gives A Dial Tone But I Can't Dial Out Why?

I can't dial out and when people call in I can't answer. On the box that comes up when you dial out it says Ready To call but its in white letters not the normal black easy to read letters. it also says "Stock symbol: Call". cI called the only phone number I could find but the voice message said "this line is for billing questions only" I have since purchased Vonage but i intend to keep this one MajicJack and use it; so please call me at 330-830-0244 and help me get it working.

There's a fix out there for Vista and Windows 7 but none for XP. So...I resolved it myself by simply going into Device Manager. Under Sound Video and Game Controllers there's an entry named "USB Internet Phone By Tiger". If there is a yellow exclamation point on that line double click it...it will tell you if there's a problem. You need to click "reinstall driver". Allow Windows to search Windows Update for the file. This should fix your probnlem.
