Magic Jack Won't Call Certain Numbers

did you get answers or resolution to the problem that MJ won't call through to certain telephone numbers. I tried chatting with CS rep today and was told it was competing telephone company issue and then the rep hung up on me. I wasn't angry when i was asking questions but thought the rep was pretty rude. I just wanted an answer not a scripted, "We'll get back to you."

The problem is that many phone companies are loosing money due to the rising popularity of MJ. In response to this many companies are blocking MJ numbers from reaching their intended destinations. I know it sucks I have been using MJ as a business phones for about 18 months now and now i cannot call half of the numbers I used to call without issue. I hope that MJ will step up and file suit because this is getting ridiculous.

I just chatted with magicjack about this problem with my service. The chat person said they are working on the problem on their end and will email me when the problem is fixed. The chat person said NOTHING about it being phone companies blocking magicjack calls. Really, what benefit would a receiving phone company have to block a call from another phone company?
