I just did the same thing! Go to www.magicjack.com and click on "live chat" to talk to a operator. You need to ask for a replacement for a damaged magicjack. The cost will be $20.00 plus a .96 cent federal tax fee. A total cost of $20.96. You will need a credit or debit card. It will be shipped first class via US mail. Your contract and phone number will remain the same. Have your magicjack phone number and password ready, they will ask for it.
