1. Do not contact your current phone provider to disconnect your phone service.
2. Your telephone number must be active with your old phone company for us to transfer your number to magicJack.
3. Transferring number may take up to 5-10 business days to complete.
4. You may use your magicJack with temporary telephone number we assigned during registration.
