I Am Having Connecting To Magic Jack.

I keep receiving a message " connect to the internet" even though I am already connected. This just started within the past 2 weeks

Get onto the official magicJack site and choose the option for a live chat. If you can get on there then your problem is halfway solved. The rep helped me cause the deal just needed an upgrade. No cost, not fee, as long as you are current with your account. My problem was solved in minutes. nothing to save or download, just to be run. Hope that you get yours resolved.
