How To Delete An Email And Activate New Email On Magic Jack

I added a new email address a week ago. Messages are still going to my old address. Nothing goes to the new address. 1. How do I delete the old address and activate the new one? No matter where I click on the email screen, I can't delete the old address. Thanks for helping.
