BEEN DIALING MY SISTER'S NUMBER IN SEATTLE, THERE IS A "TOOT" SOUND ONLY AND NOT CONNECTING AT ALL. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHE COULD CALL MY MAGIC NUMBER WITH NO PROBLEM AT ALL.
