My Assign Phone Number Is Not Working Anymore.

The phone number (909) 999-7656 that was assign to me and is not working any longer, each time i call, the automated respond will be the number that i called has not been assign to anybody yet, but this is the number that was assign to me since the beginning of this month. Please correct this problem and have my number working. my e-mail address is [email protected] uwem sam.

magicJack does not offer personal support. If it's within the 30-day guarantee period, your best course may be to return the device. Or if you bought your magicJack at a retailer, return the device to the retailer with your original packaging and receipt.

For a magicJack refund, you must return your magicJack(s) within 30 days with the RMA email or RMA Bar Code enclosed

Before returning equipment you must obtain a valid RMA number by visiting: http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html
All returned equipment must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact.
All components must be included.
