Magic jack plus is an amazing invention...its like a shrunken computers motherboard into the little usb. Magic Jack Plus works right from a wall outlet instead of needing a computer.

The normal magic jack requires a computer to always be on for it too work. Does this answer your quetion? Let me know if you have anymore questions.
