It's hard to help you because you haven't said what you did and what happened. So the best I can do is describe the correct setup procedure. Hook up the device to your computer via its USB port. With a MAC, double-click the magicJack Plus icon that appears. Click "Click Here To Register" or "Click Here for Free Trial." Follow the on-screen prompts.
