I Am Trying Since August To Renew My Magicjack Which I Have Over Two Years Ago,a

I do every thing right.Iwas told I would be charged and got order numbers but there is no renewal up to now.I spoke to several people on the chatline who promised to look into the problem but to no avail.I don't know what is going on .please help.

As you have no doubt learned, magicJack's customer support for the most part is magically lacking, and if you've already had chat contact thaer's little more that can be done.
