Tried To Install New Device And Get Error Saying My Subscription Expired.

If it's a brand new MagicJack (not plus) and says subscription expired how can I get it to work??

magicJack does not sell the old version (before magicJack Plus) any more, and that may be the problem.

magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking. You can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925. You may also reach magicJack by writing:

You can try resetting the device, as explained here. If that doesn't work, I suggest taking it back to where you bought it.
