my son put in the wrong email address for the magic jack plus and now we can't get past the regsttion to sign up for a phone number. how do we rework the thing ???

If there was no error message when you entered a wrong email address then just continue with the registration and you don't have to worry because you can add an additional email address to your account or delete an email address that you had previously provided. All accounts are referenced by the email address(es) that you provide.

Just follow this steps:

1.On your MagicJack softphone screen ( attached file#1) go to MY and log-in.

2. Click MY ACCCOUNT.

3. Under Account and email password, click details https://web06.magicjack.com/my/account.html?myfocus=email

4. Add a valid email address to the account.

5. You can now click the email address you want to delete. Please refer to attached file #2
