They Say I Cant Call Out Becasue They Cant Afford To Pay Carriers?

after the nine million chat session for aproduct that doesnt work..an "chat " agent let slip that the reason I cannot connect to several area codes I have called for a year now is that ...( wait for it...it's law suit quality ) PAYING THOSE CARRIERS HAS BECOME COST PROHIBITIVE! and yet the ad on the website still reads...ANY LONG DISTANCE FREE ! . is this just blatant fraud ?

If the service is not working the way the they stated it sound like you have the grounds to terminate your service and request a refund if you need help I would recommend starting with the BBB www.bbb.org
