How Can I Reset My Passcode I Was Insalling My Magicjack And It Automatically W

it automatically sent me to the login and i didnt even make a passcode and now it says login with the email and ipasscode and i put my email and it says it will send the passcode to my email for days and it hasnt sent anything i havent even got a chance to use my magicjack that i purchased at walmart because it says i need a passcode that i didnt even set up

magicJack says to allow ten days.

Sorry to say, magicJack does not offer more than the most feeble customer support.
