Can I Receive Faxes With My Majic Jack Plus?

I have the cat5 cable plugged into router and have moved the telephone cord to the fax machine. I am able to send faxes but have not been able to receive them? Please help with receiving faxes! Thanks much and have a great day.

Sorry you're having problems. You should be able to receive as well as send faxes. Plug your fax machine into your magicJack, just as you would normally connect your fax machine to your telephone jack.
