Can't Receive Calls On My Magicjack, But Can Make Them

Whenever I try to call on magicJack number, I receive the message that the call should be a "long distance call" or something along the lines. Whenever I try to call FROM magicJack, it works fine. I tried plugging and unplugging the magicJack, but it didn't work. Tried unplugging the phones, too. No luck, either.

Does your magicJack softphone read "Ready to Call"?

If YES:

On your magicJack softphone:
Click "Menu"
Select "Volume/Headset Control"
Choose and "Check Off" Your Device:

"Telephone" OR "Headset/Other"

If that does not work:

Unplug your telephone from your magicJack BUT leave your magicJack connected to the computer.
Place a test call using the magicJack softphone.
If the call goes through, please try using a different phone with your magicJack.

If your magicJack softphone does not read "Ready to Call" please contact our online live chat.
