Post A New Question Here.....how Do I Fix My Magicjack?

I recently installed Windows 7, and since then MagicJack will only show up in "My Computer" when it's first plugged in. As soon as it finishes installing, It only shows one drive (CD Drive L:) without the MagicJack icon. If my internet is disconnected it will stay, but as soon as I connect and it installs it goes to drive L. Because it is not recognized in My Computer, I cannot install the update. When I do, it displays "Warning you must plug MagicJack into a USB port" after which MagicJack is no longer running at all. Also, I don't know if it's a connected problem, but MagicJack is using a huge amount of CPU usage. It jumps from 0 to somewhere between 60 and 99 and then back to 0 every second or two. If I go to the MagicJack menu and select "restart", when the program starts again it only jumps up to between the 30's and 50's, but only for a short time (1-2 minutes) and then it's jumping high again. NOTE: I am running "Tune Up Utilities" (an optimization program) but I don't think that should cause the problem. Please help, I've chatted with cust. svc. for many hours, for a coupe issues and have had no resolutions from them, and I don't wish to type for 3-4 more hours with the chance of no help. Thank You!

I had similar probelem and not able to use MJ. I ran many different virus scans for about 6 months and called tech support 3 times and still not able to fix, Finally, I downloaded and ran Spybot Search and Destroy which found 13 viruses on my computer, MJ has worked fine ever since.
