You can no longer port to your regular phone number unless you have magicJack PLUS. You'll also need to pay an additional one-time fee of about $20.00. Unfortunately, magicJack does not credit you with what you paid for your current magicJack. You can buy magicJack PLUS at magicjack.com or from Radio Shack. The onscreen setup instructions under My Subscriptions|Transfer Your Phone Number to magicJack|Details will walk you through porting your current phone number. You need to know that not all numbers are transferable to magicJack.

You can only port your number over if you use the MagicJack Plus.  Log into your account at the web site.  Click the "My Subscriptions" tab and then look for "Transfer your nuymber to MagicJack.  Click "Details" and follow the instructions.
