Phone Number Transfer

I applied to have my LT home phone number transferred to your service. It was initially rejected since my long-term ex-husband was still on the account. I confirmed today that on 3/20/2014, the account is now solely in my name, so I am authorized to do ANYTHING I want with the phone number. Please confirm that you can move forward with the transfer since I have installed your equipment, paid for it 3 months ago, and would like to initiate the service. Below is the email that I have received twice. Please CORRECT THIS!!!!! Unfortunately, we are unable to port your telephone number because FRONTIER has notified us that you already have an account freeze associated with your number. Please contact their customer service department to resolve Once resolved, please login, and Resubmit My Number. After 14 days your transfer request will be canceled and the telephone number you were assigned when you registered your magicJack will become your permanent telephone number. If we cancel your request, you may still attempt to transfer your telephone number to your magicJack in the future. Simply log into your magicJack account and initiate a new request by clicking on the Phone Numbers tab, Transfer sub-tab, and then clicking Transfer my Number.
