After you have a magic jack you can go on line and view your "my magic jack" page which will give your account info... There you'll be able to see the date your account is paid through and make payments or any changes you need to, like if you move you'll need to change your 911 info so they will know where to send help... This is also where you set up where you want a call forwarded if you don't answer.... (cell..??) No bills are sent...
Right now they list a 5 year plan for $60 instead of $100 for a $40 savings....
Another thing about magic jack is that it can be taken over seas and as long as a person has high speed internet and a PC they can call back to the States free...
