No Outgoing/yes Incoming

I've recently uploaded and added MagicJack. Yesterday all was working well, however today when I attempt to make an outgoing call, I dial the number, hear a click, and then nothing. I'm not having any problems receiving any incoming calls. I've rebooted, shut-down, unplugged the MagicJack USB, disconnected and connected from the internet, checked firewalls. Am I missing anything? Would appreciate your help.

Does your magicJack softphone read "Ready to Call"?

If YES:

On your magicJack softphone:
Click "Menu"
Select "Volume/Headset Control"
Choose and "Check Off" Your Device:

"Telephone" OR "Headset/Other"

If that does not work:

Unplug your telephone from your magicJack BUT leave your magicJack connected to the computer.
Place a test call using the magicJack softphone.
If the call goes through, please try using a different phone with your magicJack.

If your magicJack softphone does not read "Ready to Call" please contact our online live chat.
