I Can Not Open My Magicjack

the problem is that one relative to me how opened my majicjack at the first time from 2 yeares and at agust 2010 i renue the magicjack for 5 years by 70 $ and now when i try to make calles , the magicjack demands the e-mail and paswword. what can i do
