Need Window For Magic Jack In New Computer
I HAVE A NEW COMPUTER AND CANT GET THE MAGIC JACK WINDOW TO COME UP, I PAID FOR FIVE YEARS OF SERVICE 2 MONTHS AGO. MY NAME IS GARY FRASHER BUT I DON'T KNOW THE MAGIC JACK NUMBER. MY EMAIL ADDRESS IS [email protected]

Check your firewall software - and your anti-virus software.
Have you done the download for the software for your new computer? If you had this installed on another computer before, you will need to download the software to the new computer (just like when you take your magic jack with you travelling to a relatives or friends house - you need to DL software to run the MJ on that computer.)
If you've done this already, then contact the live agent help link on the MJ website.
