Can't Make Outgoing Calls

I have had magicjack for 2 mths. Now I am unable to make outgoing calls because it says I have not upgraded my account. How do I do that. I keep getting the Product Registration box. When I enter my MagicJack phone number it says it doesn't exist. I can however receive incoming calls. What do I do???

magicJack promises free domestic calls, without limitation, and you're entitled to that benefit for the term of your contract.

Your first step might be to reset the device, as explained here. If that doesn't work:

If magicJack is not fulfilling the terms of its promise, I urge you to complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399. You may also want to dispute your payment with your credit/debit card provider.

Non-domestic calls: At my.magicjack.com go to "My Subscriptions," then to INTERNATIONAL DIALING, and click "Add Credit." Current rates are listed here.
