I Cannot Make An Outgoing Calls

my majic jack display says stock symbol call and i cannot make an outgoing calls the answering machine says "that you have reach the wimax communication test service this call was succesful" all of my contacts have the same problem pls if can get in touch with me as soon as you can i would highly appreciate it thank you and more power!!!

Does your magicJack softphone read "Ready to Call"?

If YES:

On your magicJack softphone:
Click "Menu"
Select "Volume/Headset Control"
Choose and "Check Off" Your Device:

"Telephone" OR "Headset/Other"

If that does not work:

Unplug your telephone from your magicJack BUT leave your magicJack connected to the computer.
Place a test call using the magicJack softphone.
If the call goes through, please try using a different phone with your magicJack.

If your magicJack softphone does not read "Ready to Call" please contact our online live chat.
