I Can't Make A Call From Majicjack To United State Number I Live Over Seas

I have majic jack over seas on Palestine , I connect and start use it , I can call any majicjack numbers in Palestine , but I can't call or receive incoming call from USA What I have to do?

Calls to the U.S. are supposed to be free. However, magicJack's Terms of Serviceprovides:

We may require prepaid purchase and/or we may charge you for calls to conference lines, platforms and certain high cost calls, or any call wherein we incur a cost from another carrier.

Less scrupulous providers of service require your agreement to extensive Terms of Service that include limitations that are inconsistent with promotional wording on which you would naturally rely—knowing that folks rarely wade through and comprehend those extensive documents. I'm afraid magicJack is one of those less scrupulous outfits.

If you're willing to pay for those calls, at my.magicjack.com go to "My Subscriptions," then to INTERNATIONAL DIALING, and click "Add Credit."
