My Magic Jack Works Fine With Dsl, But My Mom Has Highspeed And It Isn't Working

I purchased a magic jack for my Mother, since it works for me, for the most part and I have DSL She has Hughes net, high speed and the person we call cannot understand a word we say, as it is all broken up on their end. We tried everything, no change at all. What is up with that? I tried connecting to the actual modem, instead of wireless, there was no change. We are sad, what is that all about?

magicJack does not perform well with some slower "high speed" Internet connections. You can read more details here.

You can return your mother's device if you see fit, as follows.

If you bought your magicJack at a retailer, return the device to the retailer with your original packaging and receipt.

Otherwise, you must return your magicJack(s) within 30 days with the RMA email or RMA Bar Code enclosed

Before returning equipment you must obtain a valid RMA number by visiting: http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html
All returned equipment must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact.
All components must be included.

Your method of payment will be credited within two weeks from date of return. The credit may not show up on your physical printed statement from your bank for up to two billing cycles.
