My Magic Jack Is Not Working..... The Usb Part Fell Out .....

If i were to purchase a new magic jack would i be able to retain the same number and warranty????

You will need to talk to a rep via chat and they can assist you.

We will send you a replacement magicJack for only $20 as long as you have an active account.

All you have to do is plug your replacement in and follow the promtps. Your license and phone number will transfer.

Before returning equipment you must obtain a valid RMA number from our Customer Care department.

Please be ready to provide at least TWO of the following:

Order Number
Tracking Number
Credit Card Number (Same as original purchase)
