My Magic Jack Device Teared Apart. What Should I Do? Do I Have To Buy Another?

My magic jack device is in 2 pieces. The part that goes into the usb jack is torn. Do I have to buy another one, you send me another or do I have to send it to you for repair?

You can order a replacement magicjack for $20.00 plus a $.96 tax for a total of $20.96 (this includes shipping) by going to www.magicjack.com Type "replacement" into the search box. A link will come up below to take you to a magicjack agent. Tell them you need a replacement for a broken unit. They will need your magicjack phone number and password. They accept credit or debit cards. Your contract will remain the same.
