How To Get Magic Features Software Working With Magic Jack Plus

My question is about the software program called 'Magic Features' - designed as an add on to upgrade Magic Jack so that it will do things like give me a name with the caller id info rather than just a phone # - and lots of other things that make MJ act like a real phone system. I downloaded the Magic Features software on a trial and couldn't get anything to happen with my phone. It didn't happen automatically and there weren't any instructions offered so I gave up. Does anyone know how to get the Magic FEATURES software up and running with Magic Jack Plus? Thank you!
