Sorry for your problems. You should be able to resolve the issue by calling magicJack's new billing number, 561-594-9925. If not, you can dispute any payment with your bank or complain to the Florida Attorney General at 850-414-3990, and the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399. If it's within 30 days, you can return the product using the instructions at: http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html
