Can You Help Me .magicjack Will Not Work Worked For Half A Day Then No Dial Tone

everything fine for half day then no dial tone and no incoming calls ...all calls go to answering machine. Tried the fire wall instructions, but Mcfee not set up like thier instructions their instructions say.

Does your magicJack softphone read "Ready to Call"?

If YES:

On your magicJack softphone:
Click "Menu"
Select "Volume/Headset Control"
Choose and "Check Off" Your Device:

"Telephone" OR "Headset/Other"

If that does not work:

Unplug your telephone from your magicJack BUT leave your magicJack connected to the computer.
Place a test call using the magicJack softphone.
If the call goes through, please try using a different phone with your magicJack.

If your magicJack softphone does not read "Ready to Call" please contact our online live chat.
