hi, i cannot access my email and password. i want to change my magic jack email and password. can you help me with this problem? if i can't change it i cannot use my magic jack anymore.. thankyou i am hoping for your help as soon as possible. thank you for your consideration...

To update your email address, submit this magicJack form to have instructions sent to you (to any email address). Then...Go here and use the "Forgot password?" link. You may need to disable popup blockers.
