No Email Address On Magicjack How Can I Reset Magicjack It Ask Me Pass Word

it ask me to check my email to get confirmation that email it doesn't exist how can i continue to use people advise me to go to my.magicjack.com go to your account i can not go through it keep coming ask me to put my email and password or magicjack phone number which i don't have hopefully some one understand this problem
