You seem to be confusing us (an independent help site) with magicJack. We have no access to your account. magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking. The phone number of 561-594-9925 is for billing matters only, and seeking either that phone help or chat help (at www.magicjack.com/techchat) may prove a waste of your time.
